IT PROJECT OFFICER
The IT Project Officer?s primary function is to provide information
technology training and support to the COPE Galway team. IT training
plans and continued support across the organisation will be required
as part of the role, to ensure the successful implementation and
adoption of new IT systems. The IT Project Officer will provide basic
IT support internally, with the assistance of, and through
collaboration with, our outsourced IT developer and support supplier.

This role requires working with a cross functional team and to
collaborate with stakeholders both internally and externally to ensure
IT objectives are met. The post holder will report to the Change
Management Lead within COPE Galway.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
* A minimum of two years? experience in a similar IT role
* A relevant qualification
* Experience and knowledge of Microsoft office applications and the
management and governance of such applications
* Experience developing and delivering training plans
* Flexible approach and the ability to work on own initiative both
alone and as a member of a team
_KEY TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT TYPE OF CONTRACT: _One-year
fixed term initially
_HOURS OF WORK: _**Apply on the website** hours per week (Monday to
Friday)
_SALARY: _Commensurate with experience
_METHOD OF PAY: _Monthly by credit transfer
_LOCATION:? _Calbro House, Tuam Road, Galway with some remote working
